Terms and Conditions – Rayora

Rayora — Fine Jewellery

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 10 August 2026

Website: http://www.rayora.in

Welcome to Rayora. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Rayora website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

"Rayora", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the legal entity operating Rayora under the brand name Rayora (Legal name: Saloni Badola).

01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. Customers below 18 years of age may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

02Product Information

Rayora offers jewellery including sterling silver, gold, gold-plated jewellery, gemstones and other materials as described on the relevant product page.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, dimensions, finishes and designs accurately. However, please note:

  • Colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen or lighting.
  • Handmade jewellery may have minor variations in texture, finish or dimensions.
  • Product weights and dimensions may be approximate unless mentioned otherwise.
  • Stone colours and patterns may vary naturally from one piece to another.
Such minor variations will not ordinarily be considered manufacturing defects. Metal purity, weight, stone information and certification applicable to a product will be mentioned on its product page, invoice or certificate.

03Hallmarking and Authenticity

Products represented as 925 sterling silver, gold or hallmarked jewellery will be sold according to the specifications stated on the product page and invoice.

Gold jewellery represented as BIS hallmarked will carry the applicable BIS hallmark and HUID in accordance with prevailing requirements. Rayora will not describe a product as BIS hallmarked unless the relevant hallmark is present.

BIS states that jewellers selling hallmarked gold or silver jewellery must obtain jeweller registration, and that hallmarking provides third-party assurance regarding precious-metal purity.

04Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST will be calculated at the prevailing rate and added to the order total at checkout, before payment is completed.

Delivery charges, Cash on Delivery charges, customisation charges or other applicable fees will be shown before payment is made.

Jewellery prices may change due to fluctuations in metal prices, stone prices, manufacturing costs or promotions. The price applicable to an order will normally be the price confirmed at checkout. For made-to-order gold jewellery, the price may be locked only after successful payment or advance payment.

05Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee its acceptance. An order is considered accepted after Rayora sends an order confirmation and successfully verifies payment, product availability and delivery information.

Rayora may cancel or limit an order where:

  • The product is unavailable.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed.
  • Payment could not be verified.
  • The delivery location is unserviceable.
  • Fraudulent, suspicious or unauthorised activity is suspected.
  • The quantity ordered suggests unauthorised resale or commercial use.

Where Rayora cancels a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

06Payments

Payments may be made using the methods available at checkout, including UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. Rayora does not ordinarily store complete card or banking credentials.

Rayora is not responsible for payment delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways or network interruptions. However, we will assist customers in resolving verified payment issues.

07Order Cancellation

Regular products: Orders for ready-to-ship products may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Rayora customer support. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled. The customer may follow the applicable Return and Refund Policy after delivery.

Customised and made-to-order products: Personalised, engraved, resized, customised and made-to-order jewellery may be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started. Once sourcing, engraving, resizing or production begins, cancellation may not be permitted.

08Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates shown on the website are indicative and may vary according to product availability, customisation, location, courier operations and external circumstances.

  • Regular silver jewellery will generally be dispatched within 2 working days.
  • Customised or made-to-order gold jewellery may require approximately 7–14 working days, depending on the design.

Rayora will not be responsible for reasonable delays caused by courier or logistics disruptions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, weather events, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, public emergencies or other events beyond our control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.

09Inspection at Delivery

Customers should check that the package is properly sealed before accepting delivery.

Customers are strongly encouraged to record an uninterrupted unboxing video from the sealed-package stage, particularly for claims concerning a missing, damaged or incorrect product, or an empty or tampered package.

The absence of an unboxing video will not automatically remove any right available under applicable consumer law, but photographs, packaging and other evidence may be required to verify the claim.

10Returns and Exchanges

Eligible regular products may be returned or exchanged within 2 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • The jewellery must be unused and unworn.
  • Tags, certificates and protective packaging must remain intact.
  • The original box, invoice and complimentary items must be returned.
  • The product must not have been altered, repaired, resized or damaged.

Returns remain subject to quality inspection. The following are ordinarily non-returnable unless defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied:

  • Personalised or engraved jewellery.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order jewellery.
  • Jewellery altered or resized at the customer's request.
  • Gift cards and clearance or final-sale products clearly identified as such.
  • Pierced jewellery where the hygiene seal has been removed.
  • Products damaged through improper use or storage.

11Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Customers should notify Rayora within 48 hours of delivery where a product is damaged, defective, missing or different from the product ordered. The customer may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs
  • An unboxing video, where available
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
  • A brief explanation of the issue

After verification, Rayora may offer repair, replacement, exchange or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

12Refunds

Refunds will be initiated after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection. Eligible prepaid-order refunds will ordinarily be made to the original payment method.

Refunds may take approximately 7–14 working days after approval, depending on banking and payment-gateway timelines. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

13Offers and Promotional Orders

Coupons and promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. Where a product forming part of a bundle, BOGO offer or minimum-order-value offer is returned:

  • The entire offer may be recalculated.
  • The value of retained products or free gifts may be deducted.
  • The customer may be required to return all complimentary products.

Promotional offers may be withdrawn or changed before an order is confirmed.

14Warranty

Any warranty applicable to a product will be stated on the product page or warranty certificate. Unless specifically stated otherwise, a warranty covers verified manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or natural tarnishing of silver.
  • Scratches, dents or bending.
  • Accidental breakage or loss of stones caused by impact or mishandling.
  • Damage caused by perfumes, chemicals, moisture or improper storage.
  • Unauthorised repair, polishing, resizing or alteration.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow jewellery-care instructions.
Sterling silver naturally reacts with air, moisture, perfumes and chemicals. Tarnishing by itself does not necessarily indicate that the jewellery is defective or not genuine sterling silver.

15Jewellery Care

Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the product. Jewellery should generally be stored separately in a dry pouch or box and kept away from perfumes, sanitisers, cosmetics, harsh chemicals, moisture and abrasive surfaces. Rayora is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, care or storage.

16Intellectual Property

The Rayora name, logo, tagline, product photographs, designs, illustrations, website layout, written content, packaging and promotional material are owned by or licensed to Rayora. They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, commercially exploited or used to create competing products without written permission.

Purchasing a Rayora product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in its design, photographs, branding or content.

17Customer Reviews and Content

Customers may submit reviews, photographs, comments or feedback, provided the content is truthful, lawful and does not violate another person's rights. By voluntarily submitting such content, the customer grants Rayora permission to display, reproduce and use it for website, social-media and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy law. Rayora may remove misleading, abusive, unlawful or irrelevant content.

18Website Use

Customers must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to access another customer's account.
  • Introduce viruses, malware or harmful code.
  • Copy or scrape website content for commercial use.
  • Interfere with website security or operations.
  • Use false identities or inaccurate payment information.

Rayora may restrict or terminate access where these conditions are violated.

19Third-Party Services

The website may use third-party services such as payment gateways, logistics companies, analytics tools and social-media platforms. Rayora is not responsible for the independent content, privacy practices or technical performance of third-party websites or services. Their separate terms may apply.

20Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rayora will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from website interruptions, delivery delays or improper use of a product. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Rayora's liability will ordinarily be limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit a customer's statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

21Communications

By providing contact details, customers agree to receive necessary transactional communications relating to orders, payments, dispatch, delivery, returns and customer support. Promotional emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages will be sent in accordance with applicable consent requirements. Customers may opt out of promotional communications using the unsubscribe facility or by contacting Rayora.
